USGA RULES GOVERN ALL PLAY
LOCAL RULES: PLEASE PLAY WINTER RULES
- Out of Bounds - White stakes and fence around course on #1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11. Penalty one stroke and distance.
- Water Hazard - Lift and drop no nearer Hole. Penalty one stroke on #9, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18.
- All creeks played as Water Hazards.
- No driving across dogleg on #10 and 18.
- Keep riding carts on cart paths as much as possible. Keep riding carts 30 feet off Greens and Tees. Free drop from cart paths.
- Alcoholic beverages consumed must be purchased here.
- Limit - 2 bags and 2 riders to each riding cart.
- No starting on #10 without permission.
- All groups must maintain their position on course, or allow faster players through.
- Replace divots on Fairways, repair ball marks on Greens.
- Yardage is marked from center of Tees to center of Greens.
- Shirt must be worn at all times. Soft spike facility.

Our History
2006 brought new owners and management to Fairlakes. Now beginning our 11th season, our vision remains to preserve the laid back, casual atmosphere Fairlakes has been known for, while enhancing our guest's experience both on the course and in the clubhouse. Some of the changes we are making to achieve this goal are:
There are other planned enhancements to the grounds designed to improve the playing condition of the course. We have designed a program of continuous improvement to achieve the goals.
- Completion of extension tee boxes on #6 and #9. Adds almost 70 yards to course length!
- Excavation of new green area for #8 turning this hole into a par 5!
- Redesign of approach areas to #6 and #9
- Removal of sand bunkers which don't fit the design.
- Additional upgrades to the irrigation system towards a "greener" system
- Continuing efforts to keep the cost of golf down via our "more bang for the buck" philosophy.
